We brought Momma Sophie’s to life in the spring of 2019 in the heart of the Texas hill country. Our humble family owned and operated farm was a source for us to provide our family with goat’s milk and other milk commodities. As our ladies of the pasture continued to produce, we realized we had accumulated a surplus beyond our own needs and took to the community. To our delight, people loved the products we produced and the demand for more increased. Realization revealed to us that we really had something special and motivated us to broaden our scope.
